Cork & Bottle Leicester Square is Hiring! We're looking for a talented Sous Chef for an immediate start in our Wine Bar & Restaurant on the fringe of Covent Garden. Cork & Bottle was first opened in 1971, a wine bar with over 300 wines on the list from all over the world and international cuisine to match. Acquired by Gresham Inns in 2011, Cork & Bottle has seen a modernisation of the cuisine, focussing on freshly prepared, small batch international dishes on a daily changing menu. The kitchen is headed by Roxy Giurca who is seeking a Sous Chef to assist her in running the kitchen and developing the menu. You must have at least two years experience as a Senior chef de partie or above in a similar venue. You must be able to lead a team during service and manage ordering and receiving. The work is varied and interesting and you will be expected to serve at the bar and offer table service. Experience is essential, as is fluent English, the ability to work as part of a team and a love of people!
